Refund Policy

David Mennie Consulting values transparency and client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for services purchased through davidmennie.com.

 

Consulting & Professional Services

 

Due to the nature of consulting, advisory, and professional services, all fees are generally non-refundable once services have been delivered or time has been reserved.

 

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Strategy consultations

  • Workshops and training sessions

  • Product development, software, or roadmap advisory services

  • Mentorship, coaching, and 1-to-1 sessions

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of a scheduled session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

 

Prepaid Packages & Retainers

  • Prepaid packages or retainer fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • Any unused portion of prepaid services may, at our discretion, be credited toward future services if requested within 30 days of purchase.

 

Workshops & Group Sessions

  • Fees for workshops, group sessions, or events are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by David Mennie Consulting.

  • If we cancel or materially reschedule an event, you may choose between a full refund or a credit toward a future offering.

 

Satisfaction Concerns

If you believe a service was not delivered as described, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will review concerns in good faith and may offer a partial refund, credit, or alternative resolution at our discretion.

 

Third-Party Tools & Expenses

 

Any third-party software, licenses, or external costs purchased on your behalf are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated by the third-party provider.
